Mibu is Japan’s most exclusive restaurant. It is a members only restaurant club located in the fashionable Ginza district in Tokyo but the entrance is unremarkable and unmarked! The restaurant room is a tiny 20 m2 room with a table for 8 guests, a member at least and his guests. Members can only come once a month to this unique and exclusive restaurant owned by the renowned Japanese Chef Hiroyoshi Ishida and his wife Tomiko.

The dining experience is a two hours ritual, the menu changes everyday and is said never to be repeated. Recipes are based on traditional Kaiseki cuisine and ingredients are seasonal.

Most of the comments from famous guests of this unique restaurant said that the big difference between Ishida and the rest of the chefs was that he could cook with his soul!
