The island of Ibiza offers a wide range of restaurants, for me one of the really good ones is Pastis.

The restaurant is very small and popular so it is better to book your table in advance. It is located near the «Plaça del Parc» in Ibiza town in Calle Avicena a very small street that connects the «Plaça del Parc» with the «Muralla».

It is designed and decorated like a french bistro with old portraits hanging on the walls and jazz music in the background. The Chef Armel Guillemin prepares a mix of traditional french cuisine with influences from other countries. The menu changes every day depending on his mood but favorites are always available like the amazing steak tartar, the onion soup or the lobster ravioli with fresh chanterelle.

Gisela Queiroz, a wonderful brazilian woman will give you a warm welcome and help you choose among the food and wine menus.
